This is a static role- working with leading facilities maintenance company. The role will have engineers carrying out all aspects of Mechanical Maintenance and all other general maintenance as required.
Job Specifics
- Monday to Friday
- 8am-5pm or shifts available
- Static Role
- Perm Role
Responsibilities;
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks as required
- Respond to emergency call outs and work to resolve issues as quickly as possible
- Ensure that all mechanical equipment is running at peak efficiency
- Conduct fault finding and diagnosis of mechanical systems and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out
Requirements;
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating (Preferred) or equivalent in the relevant job disciplines
- NVQ Level 3 City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering services (Plumbing/Gas)
- Legionella trained
- Previous maintenance experience working in a commercial environment
- Be flexible & carry out duties which are not specific to your trade
- Two check-able references to vouch for previous works.
