About your role
- Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract being the go to contact with all mechanical aspects and queries.
- Manage contractual compliance from a mechanical standpoint across the contract
- Review, manage and control mechanical processes
- Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget
- Working closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
- Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas
About you
- Technically qualified in Mechanical engineering at HNC, equivalent or above
- Experience of managing technically complex sites with critical services
- Commercially astute
- Accustomed to being the lead Mechanical contact on a contract
- Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
- Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
- Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
This role is based on site in Blackburn
