Astute’s Power team is exclusively partnering with a specialist Energy from Waste servicing company to recruit a Maintenance Technician to join the team.
The Maintenance Technician role comes with a salary of up to �50,000 plus all travel expenses covered.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Project Manager you will:
* Carry out maintenance work on various Energy from Waste power stations, for large servicing works, outages or general maintenance jobs.
* Carry out inspections and determination of detailed work scope in coordination of the site supervisor.
* Be responsible for the execution of internal processes, as well as health and safety and quality management.
* Prepare Risk Assessment and Method Statements, as well as other Health and Safety documentation as required.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* An apprentice trained mechanical engineer with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
* Experience working as a Mechanical Technician in the power industry, or a similar heavy industrial setting.
* Good working knowledge of MS-Office
* Willing to travel through the UK (80%) and Europe (20%).
