Job Details:
We are looking for an Account Director to take lead of a luxury fashion brand: developing excellent client relationships and driving multichannel strategy, ensuring that cross-channel communications and reporting are consistent across all channels and markets.
Reporting to the Business Director, the Account Director’s role is to act as the key point of contact both internally and externally: overseeing internal multichannel meetings, knowledge-sharing across the business and supporting account managers to ensure that project plans and process are documents are maintained.
We’re looking for someone with strong commercial awareness, who can with divisional heads to recognise and realise cross and upsell opportunities that align with the clients’ interests, as well as contributing to new business opportunities.

- Digital marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency
- Excellent understanding of all digital channels including PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliates and Paid Social
- Experience off offline media advantageous
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Numerical and logical
- Results and target driven with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, working with all agency departments
- Proactive, motivated, self-starter
- Strong client facing attributes
