Medical Receptionist

Day to day you will be the first point of contact for patients via phone and email, ensuring appointments are booked, patient records updated and colleagues kept abreast of changes.You'll need to have a few years' experience and the confidence to be the person who effectively runs the reception, completes the admin and manages the day to day of the clinic on behalf of the Practice Manager.
