Medical Secretary

Medical SecretaryURGENTLY needed in Antrim. The post in Antrim will be working in the Children Development Centre and is set to start immediately on a six month on-going assignment. The hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and the rate of pay is £12.25 per hour.

Duties:

• Typing duties, working on medical clinic letters, memos, forms etc.

• Answering telephones, speaking to patients, parents and doctors.

• Email response

• Audio typing using a Digital Dictation System

• General Secretarial duties.

To be successful in the shortlisting for this role, you need to have the following:

• 5 GCSEs grade A-C to include English and Maths

• Relevant Secretarial experience

• Excellent typing skills are essential, looking for someone who is a strong, fast and accurate typer.

• Willingness to complete enhanced AccessNI Check
