Brook Street (UK) Ltd is actively searching for a skilled Band 4 Medical Secretary to join our clients within the healthcare sector at Belfast City Hospital. This is a part-time role of 30 hours per week, offering a fantastic opportunity for a 6-month period.
Rate of Pay:
o £12.25 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
o Provide a high-level Secretarial and Admin service to Consultant Medical Staff.
o Efficiently manage the Consultants` Diary and Clinics.
o Type and process clinic and discharge letters with precision.
o Proficient in Audio Typing and Dictation.
o Liaise effectively with Multidisciplinary nursing teams and department staff.
o Utilize Hospital systems for seamless operations.
Requirements:
o Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
o Minimum of one year`s experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above.
o Previous experience in Healthcare would be advantageous.
