We are seeking a Temporary Full-Time Medical Secretary for our client in the Belfast BT12 area.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5hrs a week)
Pay: £12.25per hour
Main Duties
The candidate will provide an administrative/secretarial support to the consultant(s) and
medical staff within the Respiratory department by acting as first point of contact and
ensuring all admin tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Word processing
Audio typing
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
Filing / photocopying
Pulling and filing of charts
Dealing with queries via telephone calls and email.
Processing clinics, results and discharges.
Essential Criteria
Typing qualifications and/or relevant amount of typing experience would be preferred
Four GCSE'S grades A - C to include English Language
RSA stage 2 word processing or equivalent
At least 1 years previous experience in a similar role.
Previous typing / audio typing experience.
