The Medical Secretary will support Consultants and Junior Doctors and answer calls and emails from service users.Main Duties of the Medical Secretary:

• Typing of clinical letters for Consultants
• Booking medical appointments and clinic slots
• Support Junior Doctors
• Answer phone calls and emails from service users
• Manage Rio caseloads and KPIs

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Medical Secretary
• Experience working with Rio
• Current smartcard
• Experience of diary and medical caseload management
