Meeting & Events Coordinator

As a Meeting & Events Coordinator at Sodexo in (Cambridge - CB2 0AA), You'll will be responsible for our corporate sites continuous improvement and operational excellence.   What you’ll do:  

Work closely with the Campus Conferencing Manager to ensure smooth running and communication of the process
 To administrate the booking process from initial request made through to sending the customer details to complete ahead of their meeting or event with clear direction and understanding for the customer.
 Partake in regular calls with the Conferencing Manager, highlighting any areas of concern or areas of further development to ensure a consistent service delivery

To assist with the facilitation of booking and execution of the walking tours of the Cambridge Campus journey

What you bring:  

Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial
A keen eye for detail – nothing goes unnoticed 
Energetic and capable of taking initiative and decisions when needed     
IT Literate with full competency in all Microsoft packages.
