What you’ll do:
To provide a 5-star customer service experience to all Customers in the building.
Provide first-line support for Sodexo services and tirage support for other FM services.
Work closely with the Campus Conference and Events Operations Manager and wider events team to ensure smooth running and communication of the process
To administrate the booking process from initial request made through to sending the customer details to complete ahead of their meeting or event with clear direction and understanding for the customer.
Responding to customer queries relating to events as an “Oracle” for event requirements and understanding of the site
To assist in supporting the walking tours of the Cambridge Campus journey
To provide Meeting Room Technology support in terms of assistance with connection and trouble-shooting when required.
To check in/out any site visitors on the Visitor Management System and facilitate booking on where necessary.
To support with any functions and events taking place in the Conference Centre.
To triage meeting room faults to the dedicated AV Team or service partners when required.
Support customers with meeting room familiarisation and pre-meeting set-up when required.
To liaise and assist in other areas as dictated by business needs.
To assist at any special functions, some of which may occur outside working hours
What you bring:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in handling multi line phone systems
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

40 Hours worked per week
£13.19 per hour + Sodexo Benefits.
Full uniform and training provided
