£24,730 to £31,079 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
Based within the Events and Accommodation Department, which forms part of the hospitality service for College members and external users, this role is pivotal in responding to and co-ordinating conference and events sales enquiries. The post holder will also respond to, and manage, internal and commercial bookings from commercial clients, Fellows, colleagues and students.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a conference and/or sales environment. Strong administrative and interpersonal skills, good IT, literacy and numeracy skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure are all essential for the role. Experience of a computerised diary system and Kinetics is desirable.
Working hours are 37.5 per week with occasional evening and/or weekend work required.
