Membership Administrator
£23,000 - £26,000 per annum
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
I am currently recruiting for a Membership Administrator to join a health insurance company who are continuously growing and are looking to expand the operations department. This position would suit an experienced administrator or an entry level candidate who is looking to gain office/administration experience.
Duties:
- Provide efficient administration/customer service to members and distributors
- Have a strong eye for detail, to ensure all information has been recorded accurately and documents created are correct before issuing to distributors and members
- Manage memberships
- Processing of new business applications
- Adjustments of memberships
- Communicating with insurers & reinsurers
- Follow up and respond to enquiries by phone and email
- Follow up with distributors on policy queries
- Liaising with partners on membership queries
- Maintain file records
- Production of quarterly adjustment of invoices
- Production of new and renewal policy documentation
- Production of weekly member reports
