Role: Membership and Relationship Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Location: Blackburn with travel

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and early finish on Friday

Tailor Made Sourcing are delighted to be working with a leading professional services business in their search for a Membership and Relationship Manager to join the team on a full time permanent basis.

The purpose of this role is to proactively promote and grow our business support services, our CBP Members Programme with an overall focus on income generation across the company. You will support with planning, developing, and implementing new and existing revenue streams into the business.

Roles and Responsibilities;

¨ Promotion of Members Programme - a monthly subscription which supports businesses access to numerous benefits

¨ Take responsibility for the commercial business mentoring and coaching services

¨ Lead generation, diagnostics with businesses to understand their needs and matching of a suitable mentor

¨ Increase brand awareness and actively generate leads to sell our incredible services through social media channels

¨ Representing the company at various networking events, raising awareness and generating leads

¨ Ensure client retention through innovative strategies and product development

¨ Support events, through sales and networking at the event and generate ideas and support organisation with the operations department to ensure ROI for delegates and the company

¨ Develop key strategic relationships with partners, funders and our stakeholders including the network of over 150 business mentors and coaches

¨ Support the Managing Director with planning, developing, and implementing new and existing revenue streams into the business

¨ Source, assess and develop suitable external partnerships and opportunities

¨ Working towards set targets and company objectives

The ideal candidate will;

¨ Experience as in Sales, Business Development or Account Manager and Relationship Building

¨ Have report writing experience

¨ Be professional, personable and engaging

¨ Hold a full, clean driving license and have own vehicle

¨ Be organised and motivated to succeed

¨ Target driven
