Membership and Appeals Coordinator
We are looking to recruit a Membership and Appeals Coordinator to join our Development Team. As the Membership and Appeals Coordinator you will support the overall strategy, planning and implementation for the recruitment and retention of ENO membership programmes.
Reports to: Membership and Appeals Manager
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Holiday: 25 days + 8 Bank Holidays
Contract and Hours: Full-Time, 5 Days per week (35 hours)
Location: There will be a combination of working from home and hot desking at the London Coliseum.
Our Development Department is responsible for fundraising towards all ENO activities. We raise around £4m per year from people, grant-making organisations and businesses. As the Membership and Appeals Coordinator your key responsibilities include:
Membership Administration, Retention and Servicing, Members Events and Member Communications.
