You will be working for a company that provides support to adults in difficult times across Norfolk. By offering support to individuals within a supported living and community based approach, they work with people to identify positive changes to improve wellbeing.
Your new role
You will be a Mental health project worker supporting adults with complex Mental health needs. You will be their support through a difficult period, developing strong relationships that encourage your clients to build the skills to prioritise their own wellbeing. You will work within the community and their supported living sites, managing your own personal caseload with flexibility to carry out related paperwork in the office or from home.
The role covers 37.5 hours a week and there will be some weekends and sleeps required ( 55 paid in addition to salary for sleeps).
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a passionate individual with a genuine desire to build relationships and transform lives. For this role, it is essential that you hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own car. You do not have to have Social Care experience as this employer values people from different backgrounds and the diverse skills you can bring. Similarly, if you have lived experience of Mental health challenges, you are encouraged to apply as you can bring an enhanced level of understanding to the clients they support.
