Main Duties
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for timely and considered allocations, stock replenishment/transfers, ensuring stock is directed to the right channels in the right volumes to optimise sell through and department profitability. To support the merchandising team with in-depth analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Allocations set up in accordance to the department distribution plan.
· Monitor style performance and react as necessary to optimise product sell through.
· Action markdown and promotional pricing on the system, communication to relevant departments.
· Prepare weekly trade reporting and any ad hoc analysis, supporting the Merchandiser where necessary.
· Update and manage department intake, ensuring shipments are booked and stock arrives as planned, highlight any risks to the merchandiser.
· Key point of contact for stores regarding stock levels and product feedback.
