Our financial services client is looking for highly skilled MI Data Analyust to join their team for a 6 months initial contract.
Skills required:
Key Responsibilities
- Collate, transform, and analyse complex people data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Partner with the People Analytics Consultants to identify requirements and scope of work deliverables.
- Deliver monthly insights packs and scorecards in partnership with the People Analytics Consultants.
- Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand data visualisations and reporting packs.
- Support with testing and implementation of HR data to reporting systems
Key Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar HR Data / People Analytics role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience using analytics tools - Visier, Oracle preferred.
- Strong data management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience of HR Information Systems
