ROLE: Mid Creative

Amazing opportunity for a Mid Creative (hybrid copy & art direction) to join an award-winning creative agency in London.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Senior Creative, Creative Strategist, and Business team to interrogate briefs, and identify opportunities that will lead to a creative strategy
- Work alongside the Senior Creative on new business pitches.
- Autonomously work on creative for brief responses, sense checking work with Senior Creatives when needed, and stretching ideas with other members of the team.
- Active role in brainstorming amongst colleagues, clients and co-creation collaborators.
- Generate relevant creative ideas that have the potential to change audience behaviour in line with client objectives and lend themselves naturally to social and influencer content.
- Have the ability to respond to a brief using the client's tone of voice, ensuring you express ideas simply and clearly through written communication.
- Be ready to bring ideas to life visually, especially for pitches and ideation stages. This can be in scamp or design form. Design skills are desirable.

Skills & Experience

- Creative portfolio containing but not limited to examples of successful, digital, social and influencer campaigns for well-known brands.
- A highly enthusiastic, charismatic and self-motivated individual who is confident in dealing with senior clients, influencers, and other third parties as well as balancing internal relationships.
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and deliver campaign ideas effectively.
- Strict attention to detail and ability to prioritise and to focus on multiple tasks at once
- Proficient in Keynote, knowledge of adobe cc - use of Premiere Pro would be a plus.
