Description
The main duties involved in the Middle Office Analyst position involve
Independently execute transactions and resolve problems with recordkeeping, accounting, trade platform and/or pricing system with minimal guidance. Serve as a subject matter expert on primary job functions.
Build new investments, follow compliance rules, and ensure readiness for trading, reconciliation, settlement, client reporting and/or pricing process.
Identify and resolve issues associated with client data, trade breaks, reconciliation breaks, and/or compliance breaches.
Prepare reports and maintain controls in alignment with internal policies and clients' needs.
Participate in projects and/or progress towards becoming lead. Recommend, research, test, document and/or progress towards becoming lead on system changes
Profile
The pre-requisites for the Middle Office Analyst include:
Experience within Asset Management, Fund Management or Fund Administration
Full trade life cycle events start to finish-booking trades, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions
Minimum 1 year experience doing trade life cycle events start to finish
