The team are dedicated to customer service and manage their time around their clients requirements. Their commitment to their clients has allowed the business to grow organically from referrals and recommendations. The company are now looking for an experienced part time administrator to join the team.The Part Time Mortgage Administrator RoleAs the Part Time Mortgage administrator for the Mortgage Brokerage, you will be assisting three experienced Mortgage Brokers with their Mortgage cases. You'll need to have a broad knowledge of mortgage administration and some experience with more complex professional and contractor mortgages, as these will be the majority of the cases you will manage. You'll be keeping in touch with clients and assisting them throughout their mortgage journey, collecting necessary documents and communicating with solicitors, and be on hand to support the clients with any queries. • Monday - Friday (part time hours)
• Office Based
• Basic Salary: Up to GBP26k pro rata
• Financial performance incentives
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays
• Career progression to mortgage broker if desired
