Job Description:
Are you a skilled and motivated Mortgage Administrator looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of mortgage applications. This role requires high attention to detail, strong organisational skills and customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Application processing
- Liaise with clients/providers and other stakeholders
- Manage documents, back office systems and credit reports
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements throughout the mortgage application process
- Customer service, respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Generate and maintain reports on mortgage application process
Qualifications:
- Ideally 1+ year experience as a Mortgage Administrator
- Familiarity with a mortgage processing procedures and compliance regulations
- Skills: organisational and time management, strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills as well as proficient with IT systems
