We are seeking a part timeMortgage Administrator for our clients’ highly regarded financial services business in Bishops Waltham. This is a super opportunity if you have experience working within the financial services industry and are looking to join an organization that offers a great working environment. The hourly rate is circa £12 and hours are approximately 20 per week which can be flexed to suit the successful candidate.
The Mortgage Administrator duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Liaising with Clients, Mortgage Advisers, Lenders, Solicitors and Estate Agents
- Data Input, answering inbound telephone calls and communicating via email.
- Processing of new applications in preparation for the lenders/underwriters
- General administration duties including dealing with inbound and outbound post and file scanning
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working in the financial services industry
- Have mortgage processing experience
- Have strong customer service skills and a good telephone manner
- Have excellent administrative skills
- Be IT literate
- A CEMAP qualification would be desirable but is not essential
- Enjoy working in a small tight team
