Salary: Competitive basic salary with an OTE £100,000

Location: Whiteley - Hybrid pattern with 3 days in the office per week

Working hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm with one late shift until 7pm
About the role of Mortgage Advisor:
We are recruiting a fast-growing and dynamic, directly authorised Mortgage Brokerage who are looking to expand its team to match the ever-increasing demand.
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will liaise with clients and lenders for a variety of markets and require a good level of knowledge of the mortgage market and process from application through to offer and completion. You should be able to offer a high level of client care and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities for the position of Mortgage Advisor:

• To provide mortgage advice service to clients.
• Identify and contact potential clients.
• Gather sufficient client information and identify client needs.
• Complete all supporting documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Attain and maintain competent status as defined by the FCA and the firm.
• Keep up to date with new products and technical or legislative changes within the marketplace.
• Always comply with the requirements of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the FCA's Principles, Rules, and the Code of Practice for Approved Persons.
• Maintain performance standards per those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators section of the firm's Training & Competence scheme.

Experience required:

• CeMAP Qualified.
• CAS status is desirable.
• Whole of Market experience.
• Proven track record as an employed or self-employed Mortgage Advisor
• Self-motivated
