Talent Guardian is collaborating with a renowned company in Maidstone, Kent, seeking a diligent individual to join their Pre-Offer Team as a Pre-Offer Case Manager. As a Mortgage Pre-Offer Coordinator, you will be pivotal in processing mortgage applications submitted by intermediaries, ensuring a smooth transition from application to formal offer.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling mortgage applications from initiation to offer, engaging with both new and existing clients. This role demands adaptability, as you'll navigate a fast-paced environment, collaborating within a team and autonomously to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for queries related to mortgage applications.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from Mortgage brokers.
- Collaborate with Mortgage Brokers, updating them on case progress and resolving queries.
- Engage with Line Manager to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate with the underwriting team to ensure compliance with application requirements.
- Adhere to established procedures, practices, and SLAs.
- Accurately input and update data in the system to reflect the current status of each case.
- Address processing queries and documentation related to applications.
- Manage the diary system to monitor applications and relevant tasks.
- Obtain updates on mortgage applications to ensure smooth progression.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails promptly.
Initially office-based for the first 2-3 months, transitioning to one day of remote work per week post-training.
