Participate in delivery of change in collaboration with our Mortgage Product Owner.You’ll drive commercial performance against defined plans, ensuring alignment with corporate plan and agreed strategic priorities. This includes New Product Development and input on our pricing strategy.Engaging with 3rd party mortgage business development / partnership opportunities for the Society that enhance our mortgage proposition.You’ll need to constructively challenge the status quo to foster a culture of continuous improvement and change.You will build and maintain excellent working relationships across the Homes business and Enabling functions (eg Marketing, Risk, PR) to support in the delivery of the team’s goals.What Do We Need From You?Skills
