What Will You Be Doing?
- Leading on the creation of new products and propositions that deliver on the Home Financing purpose and vision - to help more people into homes.
- You’ll understand, influence and engage with our change agenda. Participate in delivery of change in collaboration with our Mortgage Product Owner.
- You’ll drive commercial performance against defined plans, ensuring alignment with corporate plan and agreed strategic priorities. This includes New Product Development and input on our pricing strategy.
- Engaging with 3rd party mortgage business development / partnership opportunities for the Society that enhance our mortgage proposition.
- You’ll need to constructively challenge the status quo to foster a culture of continuous improvement and change.
- You will build and maintain excellent working relationships across the Homes business and Enabling functions (eg Marketing, Risk, PR) to support in the delivery of the team’s goals.
