Do you have experience working as a Motor Claims Handler?

MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading claims management business based in Rochdale. Our client has been operating now for almost 15 years and are currently a leader within their market.

We are actively searching for multiple Motor Claims Handlers to join the business due to growth within this division.

What you'll be doing:

• Dealing with insurance claims from "cradle to grave"
• Ensure all new claims are handled efficiently in line with the insurer SLA
• Handle incoming inquiries from policyholders, insurers and other third parties in a professional manner.
• Ensure all data recorded is factually & grammatically correct and meets agreed SLA’s and in line with the insurer "best practice guidelines"
• Handle claims within the delegated authority of the insurer set out in their SLA’s which includes the following:

• FNOL
• Instructing Engineer, recovery agents, repairers, solicitors
• Undertake any other duties as necessary
• Ensure work area is tidy and free of hazards
