What you will be doing:
- Manage new and used stock levels to maximise sales targets, for the brand, and our internal budget. Providing data and reports for the department
- Work with the Service and Parts departments to ensure we maximise sales of accessories and service plans
- Work with our administration team to ensure invoicing and banking are carried out correctly, and ensure that Quality Records and Controlled Documents are maintained securely
- Manage your team. Be an active and inspirational leader, lead from the front, selling bikes, and second-face customers for your team, to ensure all opportunities are maximised
- Work with our marketing team to ensure we offer the best digital experience and offers to our prospective customers.
What we need from you:
- A full motorcycle licence is essential
- Previous Sales Manager experience (from an automotive background)
- Motivated to exceed sales targets, KPIs and CSI scores
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
