Our client’s prestigious Personal Injury department has a vacancy for an experienced multi-track Fee Earner to join their team in Chichester.
Salary commensurate with experience and ability.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.15pm.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to run your own existing caseload. This will consist primarily of RTA, EL and PL claims at various stages and handling multi track PI claims through to trial.
These will include:
- Brain injuries
- Major trauma/ serious injury claims including, potentially, amputee cases.
- Fatal cases with dependency claims.
This position contains genuine prospects of career development for the right candidate.
The Person
- Have a minimum 4 years PQE or equivalent.
- Have a proven track record of proactively and effectively conducting high value multi track cases.
- Have a good understanding of funding, CFA/ATE and rehabilitation.
- Have a working knowledge of the rehabilitation code and the serious injury guide.
- Be focussed on compassion, hard work, enthusiasm, and have an ability to empathise with clients.
- Have a driven approach.
- Have excellent written and verbal skills.
