My client designs and manufactures corrugated packaging. The business is one of the leading independent sheet plants in the UK, has an annual turnover of more than £18 million and employs 100 people.
My client operates in the rapidly growing corrugated packaging market and the materials the company works with have strong green credentials and are playing a leading role in the war against single use plastic.
Key Responsibilities of a MultiPoint Gluer Team Leader:- Managing the team on the Bobst MultiPoint Gluer to achieve and ideally exceed the daily production
- Develop the skill of the team to enhance machine output and to ensure all product that is produced is of the required quality.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are always adhered to.
- Support with continuous improvement activities on the
- Experience of multipoint gluing corrugated is
- Ideally this experience should be on Bobst machinery.
- Experience of managing a small team would be advantageous but essential as this role could be the first step into supervision/management.
- A drive to meet production and quality targets and
Annual leave entitlement of 20 working days, increasing to 25 days with service.
