The role:
We're looking for someone who can weave their sales experience and skills predominantly in the UK and Ireland. Can you work to a sales target to achieve the overall company s business plan?
Identify and incorporate motor factor opportunities. You'll be ensuring that you get the most out of your existing accounts whilst constantly looking for growth and development.
Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and conflicts with diplomacy.
Prepare reports of sales metrics over time monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Your analytical skills will be key in tracking the National Accounts success
Negotiate buying group and factor business opportunities and contracts with new UK and Ireland customers. Your strong negotiating skills will be the force behind successful collaborations.
What You Will Bring To The Role:
Several years of proven experience in a similar role showcasing your prowess in sales and relationship-building within the automotive aftermarket.
Hold or be eager to work towards an HNC/Degree in Sales & Marketing or an equivalent qualification. Education is the bedrock of excellence!
The ability to navigate through MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven experience working as part of a Senior Management team. Your team spirit and leadership skills will contribute to their success.
Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas. You can be based anywhere in the UK, however, ideally you will be based within the central belt.
