If so, then this is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and well-motivated National Account Manager to join a highly successful and values-driven organisation Rontec Roadside Retail based in our Head Office in Watford.

The National Account manager will own and develop relationships with our main wholesale supplier Booker, covering logistics, supply chain, promotions and range planning.

To produce suite of reports in an accurate, timely manner ensuring that these are analysed and remedy actions implemented prior to their distribution to the senior management team. The role holder is also responsible for the central, communication, including the planograms, range amends and POS to the stores.

To build and maintain strong relationships with our branded partners, suppliers and internal departments to ensure contract delivery is achieved and Rontec’ s values are never compromised.

To complete regular store visits to check on compliance, shop availability levels, POS, new products and promotional stock.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • To be the central point of liaison between the operational team and Shop’ N Drive team for availability, ordering issues, availability issues and take ownership to resolve or escalate any issues.
  • To review the daily availability report and highlight any issues with the supply of products to both the operations and category team.
  • Manage quarterly meetings with the Shop’ N Drive wholesaler being accountable for the agenda, format, content and delivering next steps in a timely manner.
  • To produce rebate central tracker ensuring promotional income is being tracked.
  • To produce timely accurate suite of reports for all sites and circulate to the senior management team.
  • To collate and produce the range amendments each Monday and communicate these accordingly.
  • Liaise with the database team to ensure all pricing and category alignment is correct and resolve any errors.
  • Logging all database issues and communicate any trends.
  • Ensure all site planograms are accurate and processed on OnSite for the commission operators to implement.
  • Collate the central and seasonal allocations as per the allocations guidelines and once approved send and liaise with Booker to ensure these are actioned accordingly.
  • Working with the wholesale internal buying & trading team to present updated to the category teams.
  • Fully manage and lead the annual company conference.

Accountabilities

  • To facilitate a communications stream to drive the best possible functionality of the supply chain to all sites.
  • At all times conduction communications between Booker and Rontec in a timely and professional manner.
  • To facilitate a fully functioning supply chain is in place at all times.
  • To provide information, data and action plans in a timely manner whilst ensuring they are accurate, and the contents is treated in a confidentially and sensitive manner.
  • Provide an effective communication channel between Booker and the Shop’ N Drive stores sites.
