This role is responsible for leading the customer agenda within key customer accounts throughout our business and into their businesses.

It is a sales focused customer management role that aims to seek out key growth areas and profitably grow Weetabix sales with the support of the virtual team. In addition to the external customer management, you will be expected to be an ambassador for the commercial team supporting the Head of Sales/Sales Controller through leadership, best practice and helping the wider business to deliver in the ‘Change for Even Better’ strategy

The Recipe

As the Account Manager for Grocery Multiple Accounts, you will have full responsibility for the P&L and delivery of the fiscal year Budget plan across all categories in our customer base.

You will drive awareness and implement commercial plans across the relevant channels and customers, ensuring the best delivery of Perfect Shop and Perfect E-shop. Your role will also involve developing mutually beneficial Joint Business Plans (JBP) with customers, taking full ownership of customer initiatives and projects from start to finish.

You will be leading the internal management of the total Grocery Multiple, including handling invoices, promotions, P&L reporting, and demand management. We expect you to execute any necessary cost increases, both for our branded products and customer branded ones. Additionally, you will take ownership of any relevant customer initiatives, evaluating and executing specific projects.

Nice to haves

  • Experience working in a similar FMCG business.
  • Proficient use of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Weetabix also use Tableau and Exceedra on a daily basis for forecasting and reviews (working knowledge would be useful, but not essential)
