- My client is looking for someone with a successful field-based sales background as a National Account Manager or similar.
- You will have responsibility for selling the company's range of DIY / Consumer tools and outdoor garden equipment, building business and developing and maintaining existing relationships with Wholesalers, Distributors and Retail customers; your remit will be developing new business opportunities and maintaining and growing strong, long term customer relationships.
- Selling the range of products and accessories to a new customer base, converting potential customers to the company brand.
- Identifying and developing market sector opportunities for new product applications.
- To be successful as my client’s new National Account Manager, you will possess well-honed relationship building skills and business development skill, together with a strong determination to succeed and a background in field based DIY / Consumer tool and outdoor garden equipment sales.
- You will be a hard working, ambitious, confident, enthusiastic, resilient and goal-oriented National Account Manager with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- You will have excellent relationship building skills and the ability to spot and optimise opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills will come easily to you, together with strong negotiation, commercial and analytical skills.
