Salary:£45,000 - £50,000 DOE + Car Allowance

Restore are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, natural leader to join our sales team as a National Account Manager.

We need somebody who understands how to construct individual strategy to both retain and win large contracts. We’re looking for somebody who is motivated to deliver results, has the ability to communicate effectively at a senior level and shows resilient work ethic to grow a pipeline that often takes 6-12 months to close.

As a National Account Manager, it will be your responsibility to protect, retain and grow a designated portfolio of National Accounts - providing accurate MI to key accounts.

You will need to identify revenue projection gaps early and have the ability to implement effective 'catch up’ plans. You will also need to grasp any opportunities to promote additional Restore group projects.

As a National Account Manager, you will mainly be home based, although, you may be required to stay away from home time to time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate MI to key accounts
• Maintain an accurate reflection of the customer relationship using Maximiser CRM
• Identify revenue projection gaps early
• Ensure effective calendar management - maximising personal effectiveness and minimising down time
• Take ownership and be accountable of set revenue targets
• Actively seek out ideas and opportunities to increase business within the designated portfolio
• Write proposals and be involved with complex tenders
• Present solutions to key stakeholders - understanding customer process and specific business needs
• Actively involved in business planning and shaping the way this role can be fully profitable with your line manager
