National Account Manager

Are you an experienced Account Manager who has worked with customers in the UK and Europe? Are you a confident communicator who enjoys training and mentoring motor junior team members? As a National Account Manager, you will generate sales predominantly in the UK in line with the company's business plan. You will also ensure the successful and timely delivery of products and services to customers according to their requirements. The ideal candidate will have automotive/ parts experience.

In your first few weeks in this Account Manager role, you can expect to:

• Ensure successful and timely delivery of products/services to customers according to their requirements
• Identify factor opportunities and incorporate them into the growth and development
• Manage customer enquiries/complaints and conflicts efficiently and effectively
• Prepare reports of sales metrics monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Write proposals and business plans for securing factor business opportunities.

• An HNC/Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent, or the willingness to work towards one
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
