Responsible For - Regional Development Officer team
Positions Available - One
Employment Basis - Part time – four days per week
Salary range - £45,000 - £48,000 pa (pro-rata) + benefits

Purpose of the role
- To lead the implementation of RoR education strategy as outlined in RoR Strategy 2024-26, to help ensure the seamless transition of racehorses from racing into new careers.
- To increase access to and take up of education and training resources to provide retraining support for owners of former racehorses.
- To expand networks, collaborating with recognised bodies, professionals and those with the relevant expertise.
- To lead and develop a motivated education team that thrives.
- To create an inclusive RoR community.
