Job description

National Key Account Manager

At Saint-Gobain Glass, we are looking for a National Key Account Manager, to develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve and foster account growth.

You will manage our customers' everyday service needs, aiming to achieve budgeted volumes, prices, and margins while helping maintain overall customer satisfaction.

Ideally, you will have experience negotiating long-term agreements and developing and growing account bases across Key Accounts.

The role is home-based, but national travel will be required.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in managing and growing large Key Accounts
  • Negotiation skills with a strong sense of commercial acumen
  • Being able to build and grow strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive approach with an ability to identify opportunities

What you will be doing:

  • Developing new and existing business sales from Key Account base across the UK & Ireland
  • Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Managing the everyday needs of customers, including pricing requests, queries, and new product knowledge
  • Generating client orders, ensuring these are correctly and accurately processed
  • Negotiating long-term agreements with a customer base
