Overview:
We are seeking a National Senior Marketing Manager to join our newly established national marketing team. It is an exciting time for our business as we look to develop and diversify our position in the market place, with the ability to build the service from the ground up.
In this role, you will manage the delivery of specialist marketing support, contribute to agreed ROIs, and oversee strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. As a technically trained marketer with experience across the full marketing mix, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and deliver the annual marketing strategy and relevant ROIs.
- Understand customer aspirations and align our approach to support work winning and delivery.
- Line management
- Identify opportunities and partnerships to raise the profile of Willmott Dixon, including a programme of thought leadership.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives to generate leads and drive engagement.
- Plan and execute targeted advertising and promotional campaigns to reach key decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, using insights to optimise strategies and tactics.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Inspire and support the wider team, enabling them to develop their skills and fulfil their potential.
- Ensure efficiency and consistency in marketing themes and strategies across the business.
- Engage with strategic partnerships and frameworks to optimise relationships and position Willmott Dixon favourably.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong writer and communicator with excellent English.
- Interested in gathering and telling purposeful stories about people, projects, and communities.
- Knowledgeable about marketing legislation, GDPR, and image usage.
- Explore emerging technology and marketing developments.
- Experienced with SharePoint, Office 365, website (WordPress), CRM (Dynamics 365), and event management.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media management, and email marketing.

Essential and Desirable Criteria
Essential:
- Minimum degree or NVQ 6 in an appropriate subject, or relevant work experience in a Senior Marketing role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
- CIM Marketing Qualification.
- Experience with InDesign/Photoshop.
