The candidates core responsibilities will consist of:
Delivering a high-quality and consistent service tailored to the community.
Experience of project lettings and property inspections.
Ability to self-manage own workload
Multi-agency working
Fire risk assessments
Supporting vulnerable adults
Preventing anti-sociable behaviour
Knowledge and understanding of Homelessness Reduction, Housing and Homelessness Legislation, Case Law and guidance
Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation, Housing Act and Protection from Eviction Act.
A driving licence is preferable
