We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as aNeighbourhood Safety Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective anti-social behaviour service, ensuring the well-being of our residents. The Neighbourhood Safety Advisorwill play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our communities, by responding to and addressing reports of anti-social behaviour. They will work closely with in-house teams, agencies, and residents to investigate and resolve any issues, while providing excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
Outline of Key responsibilities for the Neighbourhood Safety Advisor....
- To triage complaints of ASB in line with our ASB policies and procedures
- To provide the team with administration and organisational support.
- To deal with enquiries offering appropriate help and advice.
- To refer calls / signpost where necessary to appropriate staff within the company, or to external agencies for attention and action.
- To liaise with external agencies and other Housing Providers regarding inform.
- To ensure all information is accurately recorded and maintained on our computerised systems
- To assist with the production of statistical information when required
- A flexible approach to working hours to accommodate the demands of the role
We are looking for someone who has...
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- An understanding of housing legislation and basic knowledge of safeguarding, vulnerability, and risk management
- The ability to effectively triage and manage complaints of anti-social behaviour in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of providing comprehensive support in a team environment

- Salary: £22,854 per annum
- Annual salary increment increases
- 27 days annual leave (rising to 32 over 5 years' service) + bank holidays
