Responsible for the service operations and maturity improvement of our NDR tool Darktrace.
Skills / knowledge required:
- Darktrace Cyber Engineer certified
- Multi-year experience with the tool is a must
- Experience working with and maturing Network Detection and Response tooling namely Darktrace.
- Service Operations experience
- Experience in managing Managed Service Providers
- Project management skills
