About the Role: We're seeking a talented Field Engineer to join our team. Based in Reading/Thames Valley, you'll be responsible for providing onsite support and project assistance to our clients across the region.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering onsite support and project assistance
- Collaborating with multiple technology vendors
- Implementing and optimizing network solutions
- Troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and installations
- Configuring, managing, and documenting network environments
- Ensuring compliance with network policies and procedures
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Field Engineering
- Proficiency with Cisco, HP, Fortinet, and Palo Alto technologies
- Knowledge of network security and design principles
- Certification such as CCNA/CCNP is desirable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
