Assistant Site Manager Reginal Contractor North East £30k - £40k + Car / Allowance + Benefits MTR Partnership are working alongside a reginal contractor who are searching for an Assistant Site Manager to help the senior management team in overseeing projects up to £20m. They are a leading multi-discipline company who are a proud family ran contractor renowned for delivering excellent builds. Due to a recent number of works wins and framework awards, they are looking for a driven and capable individual with a keen interest in working on industrial, commercial and leisure projects across the North East. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular checks to make sure construction methods and timescales are correct.
- Management of staff and sub-contractors on site.
- Arrange/attend meetings on site with the sub-contractors on a weekly basis.
- Agree and manage the equipment, plant, staffing and sub-contracting requirements for the site.
- Conduct/attend fortnightly meetings with trades on site to promote communication, standards and objectives.
