The brokerage provides expert mortgage and protection advice to clients across the UK, specialising in New Build Mortgages, the brokerage have established a vast range of mortgage products and access to exclusive deals, that enables the team of Mortgage advisers to secure the very best mortgage solution.
Alongside access to exceptional mortgage products, the brokerage also has a customer support team that qualifies all enquiries booking in appointments for the advisors, and a post application administration team to follow up and complete all active cases. This allows the Mortgage Advisory team to dedicate their time to providing an outstanding level to their clients.
The Mortgage Advisor Role
As a specialist New Build Mortgage Advisor, it will be your responsibility to assist clients in securing the best mortgage product that is tailored to their specific needs and financial circumstances, and maintain excellent relationship with New build sites across Nottinghamshire.
You’ll receive booked in appointments that have been pre-qualified by the customer support team, you will also have a dedicated administration team to support each of your cases post application.
Mortgage Advisor Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients seeking New Build Mortgages
• Build and maintain relationships with New Build sites making monthly visits to your clients
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility for New Build Mortgage products.
• Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders.
• Stay up to date with New Build regulations, financing programs, and market trends to provide the most relevant and accurate guidance to clients.

The Mortgage Advisor Package

• Basic Salary: Up to £30k
• Tiered Commission up to 35% - Paid Monthly
• 50% for referred protection cases
• All leads provided
• Pre-qualified appointments
• Administrative support post application
• Remote - Field Based - Nottinghamshire

Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience

• Experienced and Qualified Mortgage Advisor
• Experience of New Build Mortgages - Essential
• Ability to travel to New build sites across Nottinghamshire
• Able to adapt to clients requirements
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Able to build rapport quickly and create lasting relationships
• Organised, professional and punctual
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Self-motivated and proactive
