SalaryWe are working with an award winning and highly respected Financial Services organisation in Epsom who are now seeking an additional New Business Representative.
As a member of this expanding team, you will act as one of the first points of contact for prospective customers and intermediaries who are making enquiries about the financial products and services they offer to market. This can include but not be limited to:
- Responding promptly to enquiries as well as ensuring a helpful solutions are offered in all instances.
- Providing information in the products and services offered
- Issuing relevant literature and applications forms.
- Responding to requests for progress updates from customers or intermediaries between receipt of the application and the Completion of a mortgage account.
Whilst financial services experience is handy, it is not essential as full training in this sector is provided on an ongoing basis, however, it is essential that you possess a good level of communication and organisational/administrative skills, coupled with the motivation and willingness to learn.
