Make a real impact in the role of New Business Development Officer, supporting the Land Managers and Director of New Business in securing sites and planning permissions through bid preparation, building the business case, and presenting to secure internal and external buy-in and support.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Land Managers to secure sites and planning permissions including bid preparation, building the business case, managing the design team, delivering a planning consent and presenting to secure internal and external buy-in and support.
- Supporting the gateway approval and handover process internally.
- Ensuring files on SharePoint or other shared files are up to date and accessible to others.
- Liaising with external parties to promote our Development Strategy and appetite and requirements for new schemes to generate opportunities.
- Using appraisal, project management and reporting software that supports our pipeline growth and internal controls.
- Contributing to the internal and external social media profile for new developments to promote Anchor. Lead on developing promotional events promote Anchor.
- Fielding land enquiries to appropriate colleagues
- Support the wider marketing of our ambitions to external stakeholders including agents, developers, local authorities etc
