Beanstalk Marketing is looking to recruit a New Business Development Sales Executive with the necessary drive, enthusiasm, ambition and commitment to join our existing Sales team. Offering a starting salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum on a full-time, permanent basis working at our offices within the University of Essex, in central Southend.
Beanstalk Marketing is a professional business-to-business telemarketing agency. Established in 2009, we help B2B businesses grow by generating sales-qualified appointments through integrated email and telemarketing campaigns.
We have a team of exceptional telemarketers who are highly experienced in communicating complex propositions, differentiating a product or service, and ultimately generating highly qualified leads and appointments.
Having recently moved into larger, state-of-the-art premises in central Southend, we are expanding our team.
New Business Development Sales Executive Responsibilities:
As a New Business Development Sales Executive, you’ll be part of a professional telemarketing team, working as a dedicated New Business Development representative for several of Beanstalk’s clients. Responsibilities will include:
Making outbound callsSending introductory emailsGenerating sales leads for our clients – you will only be contacting businesses, not consumersProviding feedback to clients on campaign performanceNew Business Development Sales Executive Requirements:
Must be able to engage with different personalities and decision-makersSales, Telesales, Lead Generation or Telemarketing experience is preferable, though not requiredBenefits:
28 days holidayCommission of £800 - £1,250 per monthCompany pension schemeBased in central Southend, with excellent transport and parking optionsThese skills will be identified through a mixture of your application, any certifications, your interview and any references you give.
Career Development Opportunities:
There is a clear path to move into an Account Management role where your earnings will be £50,000+. You will need to over-deliver in the New Business Development Sales Executive role for a minimum of 6 months and demonstrate you’d be able to manage and guide clients to get the maximum from their lead generation budget.
