Our multi-office client is a well-established legal firm that offer a client-focused approach, evident in their numerous5-star reviews. You will provide efficient support to the conveyancingteam to facilitate the smooth day-to-day operations within the teamand offer a flexible attitude in getting stuck into various tasks to support your team when needed. You will be friendly and good at building relationships to work closely with New Business introducers and support clients with the initial stages of their move.

Duties of a New Business Legal Assistant:
- General clerical and administrative duties, including greeting clients on the phone and in person and scanning and photocopying paperwork.
- Navigate the case management system to prepare correspondence.
- Administering the storage, retrieval, opening and closing of client files.
- Prepare outgoing mail and enclosures.
Requirements of a New Business Legal Assistant:
- A background in sales or residential conveyancing is desirable.
- Possess the ability to work quickly at a high level of accuracy.
- Professional and pleasant written and verbal communication style.
